For security purposes, we do not allow access to our FTP site using your web browser.
It is our recommendation that you use one of the widely available FTP Client Software programs, such as FileZilla, Cyberduck, CoreFTP, CuteFTP, etc.
You should have received a private user and password to access your dedicated FTP folder.
If not, please contact Bob Rock at rrock@pchaninc.com, or your sales rep, to receive your login information.
The information you will need to access our FTP site is as follows:
HOST: 107.180.46.229
PORT: 21
Encryption: Use explicit FTP over TLS if available
User: As assigned to you
Pass: As assigned to you
